Accessibility at Enjoy Watches

Enjoy Watches aims to make its research, tools, and visual guides usable by as many people as possible. Our working target is WCAG 2.2 AA. This is an objective, not a claim that every page has been formally certified or independently audited.

What we build and check

The public build uses semantic HTML, visible keyboard focus, skip links, labeled controls, responsive layouts, text alternatives for images, captions and text versions for visual guides, and status messages for interactive tools. Automated release checks look for common accessibility and structural problems, including missing image alternatives, broken links, unsafe markup, and representative automated accessibility violations.

Tables become keyboard-scrollable only when they overflow. The site menu supports Escape, and article and visual images can be opened in a keyboard-operable dialog. Search and page navigation work without a mouse. These checks reduce common barriers; they do not prove that every task works for every person and assistive technology.

Current limitations

• The calculators perform their calculations in the browser and need JavaScript to calculate a result. Each tool also explains its method, inputs, and limits in ordinary page text so the underlying decision process is still available without scripts.
• No independent accessibility specialist audit, screen-reader test programme, or disabled-user research study has been completed yet.
• Dense source material, long research guides, and diagrams can still be demanding to navigate or understand. We provide summaries, headings, transcripts, and print styles, but we expect to improve them after real user feedback.
• The intended contact mailbox is not yet confirmed as a working, monitored delivery route. Do not assume that an email report has been received until a real acknowledgement is available.

Report an access barrier

If a page, tool, or visual guide makes a task harder than it should be, use the contact page to prepare a concise report. Include the page address, what you were trying to do, what happened, and any browser or assistive technology detail you are comfortable sharing. Please do not send identity documents, full serial numbers, home addresses, inheritance records, payment details, or valuable collection information.

The site has a corrections policy for factual issues and a public method for noting material changes. Once a monitored contact channel is provisioned, accessibility reports will be triaged alongside corrections and design defects. Until then, this statement is transparent about the limitation rather than promising a response time we cannot support.

Review cycle

This statement was published on August 24, 2026 and is scheduled for review by November 24, 2026. The next meaningful update should follow a production accessibility review, real keyboard and screen-reader testing, and user research that includes older readers and disabled people.
